Rain Basketball USA is more than youth basketball programs — we’re a movement dedicated to developing confident athletes and strong leaders. Founded in 2010 by Stephen Beseda, Rain began in Orange County, CA, and has since expanded to serve families across the Inland Empire, Denver and beyond.
