Rain Basketball USA is more than a basketball program — we’re a movement dedicated to developing confident athletes and strong leaders. Founded in 2010 by Stephen Beseda, Rain began in Orange County, CA, and has since expanded to serve families across the Inland Empire, Denver and beyond.
We believe every young athlete deserves access to high-quality training, mentorship, and opportunities — regardless of background or financial situation.

We exist to make basketball accessible to all youth athletes, breaking down barriers to participation and creating pathways for growth on and off the court.
Rain Basketball is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to ensuring that financial limitations never prevent a child from playing. Each year, we invest over $70,000 in scholarships, supporting 150+ families. 95% of every dollar raised goes directly to athlete scholarships, helping young players stay on the court and thrive.
